If there is content missing from any page, please make sure you have completed your Content Questionnaire, which can be found by logging into your account at EvangelismWebsites.com and navigating to your Website Dashboard.

If you have already completed your Content Questionnaire, please continue to wait until the end of your 30-day review period. The website build team may still be working on adding the content. If the 30-day review period has ended, and the content you submitted on your questionnaire is still missing, please open a support ticket.

After 30 days from the date you receive that email, the review period for your website will close and any further changes will require a Managed Content subscription, which includes up to five changes to your website content per month. If you ordered a Google Ads campaign, it will begin automatically after 30 days have passed from the date you received that email unless you specifically let us know that you want to wait longer to start it.

You have one user account that is set up with the email address on your order. You may add as many other users as you wish and control their access level.

The SermonView Admin user account is the account for the SermonView Evangelism Websites team. Please do not remove or modify this account, as it is needed for hosting and support.

We have set up different types of contact forms for you on your website for guests to fill out if they wish to connect with your church. You will receive a notification to your email that you provided on your order when a visitor completes a contact form.

These forms are tools for you or your team to easily add specific types of content to your website, such as ministry pages, staff profiles, and updating the church info that is shown in the footer. These are helpful for volunteers who may not have computer experience to easily help with updating the website. To use these forms, hover over "Forms" in your top navigation bar, hover over the form you wish to use, and then click "Preview". Complete and submit the form and the content will be automatically posted to the appropriate area of the site.

Next to the "Forms" menu on the top navigation bar, there is an "Events" menu. Here you will be given the option to add a new event or view the existing events on your calendar. If you add a new event, a simple form interface will appear for you to enter the information about your event. Once you submit, it will be published to your Events page and calendar automatically.

You should have received a Google Analytics invite to the email address you provided on your order, which will allow you to view a report showing various metrics from your website. If you did not receive an invite, please make sure that you provided a Google account with your order. If you provided a Google associated email address already and you never received an invite, please open a support ticket.

In order to import your Facebook, YouTube, or Vimeo videos, you must connect your account or an API key that you can get from your account. Go to "Facebook Feed" or "YouTube Feed" on the lefthand navigation menu and choose "Settings" to enter the key or start the prompt that will allow you to connect to your account.

Once your account is connected, you will have the option of setting up various different types of social media feeds depending on your needs. If you are still within your 30-day website review period, SermonView will set up one video feed for you on your Sermons page; just reply to the email you were sent when your website build was completed to let us know you have connected your account. There is a Bulletin page on your website that displays your latest posts under News & Announcements, but you will need to fill in any current information for your church and publish the page if you wish to use it. If you would like our team to fill in the Bulletin page with information from your current church bulletin, send the bulletin file by replying to the email you were sent when your website build was completed, within your 30-day review period.

Your website comes with a standard set of stock photos that have been selected and reviewed by our team of experts. If you wish to use your own photos, you submit your Content Questionnaire (which can be accessed from your EvangelismWebsites.com Dashboard), or you may upload them from your WordPress Admin Dashboard. If you would like our team to help you replace the stock photos on the website with your photos within your 30-day review period, please reply to the email you received when your website build was completed to let us know when you have uploaded them to your media library.

If you use our CRM software InterestTracker and you wish to track the leads that you receive from your website forms, we can set up an integration to automatically import those leads into your InterestTracker account. Please let us know if you would like to use this service and with which forms, and we will configure your integration. If you do not yet have an InterestTracker account, you can sign up for free at InterestTracker.org.

In addition to Evangelism Websites, SermonView also offers marketing services for churches. Now that you have an updated online welcome mat for prospective first-time visitors, you may wish to consider running ads to point people in your community who are searching for God to your website. We have a Google Ads Program, which can use keywords, such as "bible study near me" to promote your website in search results. Learn more at EvangelismWebsites.com. If you order event marketing, not only can you get a dedicated event registration website, our team will update your Events Calendar on your church website to help promote your event.

You may see an alert in the "Site Health" area of your dashboard that updates are not working as expected. Please ignore this alert. We intentionally turned off a particular WordPress setting because we monitor and control updates from our system to ensure they do not break your website. You will still receive all necessary updates automatically.

Yes, we certainly recommend using a custom domain name, and two standard domains are included with every website package. It is encouraged to use these for the '.com' and '.org' versions since these variations are considered separate domain names.

If you already own the domain you wish to use, please initiate a transfer to domains@sermonview.com. If you wish to maintain control over your domain name, you can make the necessary changes to your domain's 'A' record to point it to your new website on your own by logging into your account at the domain registrar (such as GoDaddy.com), or SermonView can make the change on your behalf if you delegate access to us via your account with the domain registrar. However, please note, if you choose not to transfer your domain name to SermonView, we will be unable to maintain the payment account for the domain to make sure it gets renewed automatically.

If you do not already own the domain, navigate to GoDaddy.com and use the domain search tool to find a domain that is available.

• Once you have found it, if you are still within your 30-day website review period, reply to the email that was sent to you when your website build was completed to let us know which domain(s) you wish to use, and we will procure them for you.
• If your 30-day review period has passed, but you have a Managed Content subscription, please submit a Content Change Request for us to change your domain name. This will use one of your five allotted changes per month.
• If your 30-day review period has passed, and you do not have a Managed Content subscription, you can sign up for Managed Content or request a custom quote for the work needed to change your domain here.

Your Managed Content subscription starts after your 30-day review period ends, which is 30 days from the date that your initial website build was completed. You would have received an email about it from our team.
